Firewall & IT security

Security is not a single product but the interplay of up-to-date software, sensibly secured networks, clear access rights and a plan for emergencies. We look at your starting point and implement the measures that genuinely make a difference for your business.

Typical situations

When this is worth it for you.

Sound familiar? Then get in touch. We look at your situation and make a concrete proposal.

  • Guests and staff use the same Wi-Fi.
  • Employees access company data while travelling or from home.
  • Nobody knows exactly who still has access to which systems.
  • You would like to know where your business stands in terms of IT security.

Our approach

What we actually do for you.

Firewall

Setup and maintenance of firewalls that protect your network from the outside and separate internal areas from one another.

Antivirus and endpoint protection

Setup and maintenance of protection software on workstations and servers, depending on the environment for example with solutions from G DATA.

Network security

Separate networks for guests and devices, secure Wi-Fi configuration and protected remote access.

Updates

Security updates for operating systems, applications and network devices are installed as planned instead of being postponed.

Access and permissions

Everyone gets the rights they need. Shared accounts and forgotten access are cleaned up.

Security concepts

A clear overview of the existing risks and which measures make sense in which order.

What IT security means for a small business

Most incidents in small businesses start unspectacularly: a fake email, an outdated program, a password used in several places. That is why we rely on fundamentals that work reliably rather than on expensive individual products. The most important building block for an emergency remains a backup that can actually be restored.

Your benefits

Advantages for your business.

  • Lower risk

The most important points of entry are closed, in an order that fits your budget.

  • Clear overview

You know which measures are in place and which are still open.

  • Back to work faster

With an emergency plan and a separate backup, it is clear what to do if something happens.

  2. 02

    Priorities

You receive a clear list of risks and measures, sorted by impact and effort.

  3. 03

    Implementation

Once you approve, we implement the measures and document them.

  4. 04

    Keeping it up

Updates, checks and adjustments whenever your environment changes.

FAQ

Good to know.

Can you guarantee that we will not be attacked?

No, nobody can seriously promise that. The aim is to reduce the risk considerably and to be back up and running quickly if something happens. A working backup is always part of that.

Where should small businesses start?

Usually with current updates, a working backup stored separately, secure passwords with a second factor for important accounts and a separate guest Wi-Fi. The assessment shows what comes first in your case.

Do you also train our staff?

When new measures are introduced, we explain to your team what matters, for example how to handle suspicious emails or how to use the second sign-in factor.

Let’s talk about your IT.

An initial conversation is non-binding. We listen, look at your situation and tell you honestly what makes sense.
