For a remote support session, download RustDesk from the official project and tell us the ID shown. The connection runs through encrypted servers operated by TORAMBO itself.

Remote support

How a remote support session works.

We only connect to your device when you approve the session yourself.

  1. Download RustDeskDownload RustDesk from the official project on GitHub and start the program. Installation is not strictly necessary.
  2. Tell us the ID and one-time passwordTell us the ID and one-time password shown by RustDesk, by phone or in your ticket.
  3. Confirm the connectionYou can see what we are doing at all times and can end the session whenever you like.
