Support & maintenance
IT monitoring
A full hard drive, an expired certificate or a backup that has been failing for days: such things are usually only noticed when it is too late. With system monitoring, we continuously see the state of your servers and services and can step in before your team notices anything.
Typical situations
When this is worth it for you.
Sound familiar? Then get in touch. We look at your situation and make a concrete proposal.
- Outages are currently only noticed when staff call.
- You want to be sure that your backups really run.
- Disk space or certificates run out unnoticed.
Our approach
What we actually do for you.
Servers & services
Availability, load, disk space and the state of important services are checked continuously.
Backups in view
Failed or missing backups are reported instead of going unnoticed.
Tailored thresholds
Together we define what is critical for your environment and when we are notified.
Analysis
Trends help to identify bottlenecks early and plan expansions in good time.
We use established open-source tools such as Zabbix or Checkmk, depending on the environment.
Why monitoring pays off
Many outages announce themselves: disk space gets tighter over weeks, a backup fails several times, a certificate expires in a few days. Without monitoring, nobody notices until staff can no longer work. With monitoring, we see such developments in time and can step in.
Monitoring is often part of ongoing support. Find out more under managed IT and maintenance contracts.
Your benefits
Advantages for your business.
React early
Full drives, expiring certificates or failed backups are noticed before they lead to an outage.
Peace of mind
Your team does not have to notice and report issues itself; alerts come straight to us.
Better planning
Trends show when storage, performance or licences are running short, so expansions can be planned in time.

Already a client with an issue?
The fastest way to report technical problems is a support ticket. Nothing gets lost and you can see the processing status.
FAQ
Good to know.
What exactly is monitored?
Typically availability, processor and memory load, free disk space, important services, certificate expiry dates and the results of backups. What is monitored for you is something we decide together.
Who responds when an alert comes in?
Alerts are sent to us. How quickly and at what times we respond is agreed during setup or in the maintenance contract.
Is data about our staff analysed?
No. We monitor the technical state of systems and services, not the behaviour of people.
More services
Often a good fit.
