Managed IT & maintenance contracts
Continuous IT care instead of firefighting.
With a maintenance contract, TORAMBO takes over the regular care of your IT. We agree on the scope and schedule together, based on your systems and how important they are to your business.
Building blocks of our support
These services can be combined into a maintenance contract. What makes sense for you is something we clarify in conversation.
PC maintenance
Updates, clean-up, checks of antivirus protection and storage on all supported workstations.
Server maintenance
Regular checks of services, event logs, disk space and permissions.
Updates
Planned updates of operating systems, firmware and applications, scheduled around your working hours.
Monitoring
Continuous monitoring of servers and services with notifications when something looks unusual.
Backup checks
Checking that backups have run completely, plus test restores at sensible intervals.
Remote support
Fast help via encrypted remote support when questions or issues arise.
Regular system reviews
Fixed appointments at which we go through your environment and suggest improvements.
Documentation
All services and changes are recorded in a traceable way.
Benefits
Why ongoing support pays off.
IT issues rarely cost just the repair. What usually costs more is the time your team cannot work. Regular maintenance reduces this risk.
Planned instead of surprising
You know which services are performed regularly, instead of only reacting when something breaks.
Less downtime
Many problems announce themselves. Looking regularly means stepping in before something comes to a standstill.
A contact who knows your IT
No briefing with every call. We know how your environment is set up.
Security as routine
Updates and backup checks are not forgotten, because they are a fixed part of the support.
Your individual proposal
No off-the-shelf packages.
A medical practice with five workstations needs something different from an office with its own server and field staff. That is why TORAMBO has no fixed packages, but a proposal based on a joint assessment.

Maintenance contracts
IT maintenance contracts and managed workstations.
A maintenance contract sets out in writing which systems we look after, which tasks are carried out regularly and how you reach us in the event of an issue. It is based on an assessment of your environment.
Managed workstations
PCs and laptops that we set up uniformly, keep up to date and support remotely or on site when problems arise.
Managed servers and services
Servers, virtual machines and central services with defined maintenance tasks and monitoring.
Agreed scope of services
Which systems, which checks, which schedule: everything is clearly stated in the contract instead of being clarified only in an emergency.
Recurring maintenance
Maintenance windows are planned so that updates and restarts disrupt your working day as little as possible.
Clear reporting channels
You report issues via the ticket system or by phone. Every report is logged and traceable.
IT documentation
Devices, access, network and work carried out are documented and updated whenever something changes.
Prices, response times and contract terms are set individually in the proposal. We deliberately do not publish flat-rate prices on this website.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer fixed maintenance packages?
No. Every IT environment is different. After an initial assessment, we prepare a maintenance proposal that fits your systems and requirements.
What would your support look like?
Tell us how your IT is set up. We will get back to you with a proposal for an assessment.
